Given Data:
Electric Potential = V = 10⁴ V
Total Charge = Q = 100 µC = 100 𝐱 10⁻⁶ C 
Electric Potential = V = 10⁴ V
Total Charge = Q = 100 µC = 100 𝐱 10⁻⁶ C 
To Find:
Amount of Work done = W = ? 
Solution:
We know thatV =  `\frac{W}{q}`
or
W = qV
by putting values 
W = 10² 𝐱 10⁻⁶ C x 10⁴ V
W = 10²⁻⁶⁺⁴ V
W = 10⁰ J
W = 1 J ---------------Ans.
